It is used as an important structural component working under high load, such as the transmission parts of vehicles and engines; rotors, spindles, heavy-duty transmission shafts of steam turbine generators, large-sectional parts 34CrMo4 is used to manufacture forgings with higher strength and larger regulating cross-sections than 35CrMo steel, such as large gears quoted by locomotive traction, supercharger transmission gears, rear axles, highly loaded connecting rods and spring clips, 34CrMo4 can also be used for oil deep well drill pipe joints and salvage tools under 2000m.
